But sometimes stress can get to be too much and keeps us from being ourselves and getting through the day, let alone enjoy the world. We work with people to help them understand their stress and find better ways to respond to it. From the first session, you will have a clearer idea of what has you stuck, and we will shape a plan to get you moving and to where you want to go.
We work with those who are self-employed, in non-traditional jobs or generally just don’t work from 9 to 5.
